ADDITIONAL SERVICES/ASSOCIATED SUPPORT
In addition to the drip irrigation product offered, Micro Drip will be providing support for the farmers in the following ways:

Trainings
Micro Drip in partnership with Thardeep Rural Development Programme, will provide a variety of workshops and seminars, which will be conducted by MD employees on a regular basis throughout the target market region.  This will introduce better farming practices to the farmers enabling them to increase the productivity of their field.

After-Sales Support
MD will provide complete after-sales support to all its clients.  Support will range from system design and installation, to plant protection and increased crop yield.  MD’s Field Assistants (FA’s) will install each system for the farmer, and will work with the farmer through one season to ensure that the best farming practices are being followed.  Farmers will also be able to contact the MD office nearest to them for any additional technical support.

Pesticide Usage
Pests are a potential hazard to the income of the farmer because they can damage crops and significantly reduce crop yields. MD's affordable and easy-to-use drip irrigation technology, not only can farmers save time and money; forget about water shortages; they can also look forward to higher yields, a better lifestyle and a greener future" [thanks]

Fertilizer Control
Fertilizer is a valuable addition to any farmland.  Fertilizers help to increase output quality, size and volume which is highly beneficial for the farmer.  MD will advise farmers on fertilizer usage that is compatible with drip irrigation, thus enabling them to increase their crop yield.
